he Associate Dean of Science (Academic) Office handles all undergraduate student issues and academic inquiries. Our qualified, friendly staff and Academic Advisors are more than happy to assist you. In addition to making use of the many administrative tools provided, you are welcome to visit the office, located in Burke Science Building Rm 129, to meet with an Academic Advisor. We provide drop-in advising, suited for quick inquiries, each weekday from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm as well as the opportunity to make an appointment at a time convenient to you.
This is a self reporting tool for Undergraduate Students to report absences that last up to 5 days and provides the ability to request relief for any missed academic work. Please note, this tool cannot be used during any final examination period.
You may submit a maximum of ONE Academic Work Missed requests per term. It is YOUR responsibility to follow up with your Instructor immediately regarding the nature of the relief.
If you are absent more than 5days or exceed 1 request per term you MUST visit the Associate Dean's Office (BSB 129). You may be required to provide supporting documentation.
The form should be filled out immediately when you are about to return to class after your absence.
