The Economist's primary focus is world news, politics and business, but it also runs regular sections on science and technology as well as books and the arts.
6 Erudito Journal
Erudito is a peer-reviewed undergraduate journal of interdisciplinary education started by students here at McMaster. Erudito is published online, with a limited number of print copies being produced as well.

An article in ASBMB Today discusses the importance of interdisciplinary science programs like iSci. The article is on page 21-22 of the pdf. ASBMB Today is a monthly publication distributed to all members of the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
11 Why Not Try a Scientific Approach to Science Education?
A longer article about some flaws in traditional science teaching methods as well as ways these methods can be improved. The author, Carl Weiman is a Nobel prize winning physicist interested in changing the way science is taught to students at the undergraduate level.
12 Shad Valley
The iSci program plays host to McMaster Shad Valley students through workshops during the summer. iSci instructor Chad Harvey is also co-director of the McMaster Shad Valley program.
