All members of the Department of Kinesiology must forward their health and safety documents for processing to Glenna Ciraolo, IWC room 219C.

Glenna will ensure that the paperwork is forwarded to the Environmental and Occupational Health Support Services office (EOHSS), once processed at the department level.
