In order to help us improve our delivery of hands-on science outreach activities, it is important for Educator Partners to provide detailed evaluations of our activities. To provide an evaluation of an activity, please download and fill out the Educator Event Evaluation and return it to the Program Coordinator by mail or fax. Your honesty is appreciated!
