Research InterestsResearch Interests 1) High spatial resolution (<1 mm) detector design for Positron Emission Tomography (PET);
2) Development of breast- and cardiac- dedicated PET cameras using different types of photodetectors including silicon photomultiplier (SiPM), avalanche photodiode (APD) and Cadmium-Zinc-Telluride (CZT) detectors;
3) Development of simultaneous PET/MRI scanners for preclinical and clincal applications.
