Overview of the Conference |

The BBCS/SCCC for 2006 will be held on June 22-24 at the University of Saskatchewan. This will be the 16th annual meeting of the society. The meeting will take place on the campus of the University of Saskatchewan, in the Arts building.
The meeting will begin at 3:30pm on Thursday afternoon (June 22) with a registration and reception at Louis' Pub on campus. Friday and Saturday will be full meeting days including oral presentations, symposia, and poster sessions. The award ceremony for the 2006 Hebb Award and Hebb lecture will also be on Saturday. The conference will conclude Saturday evening with an awards banquet. The awards ceremonies will include presentation of the Tees Distinguished Leadership Award and the Graduate Student Awards for best paper or poster. Finally, we are pleased that Mr. Bob McDonald of CBC's Quicks and Quarks will be present to receive the BBCS Science Media Award and to make a presentation.
