Third-year students visited the Turkey Point Flux Station for a back-woods look at carbon and water exchange in Southern Ontario’s temperate pine forests. This blustery day brought new knowledge of measurement techniques for sap flow, meteorological variables, and forest biomass, as well as an exhilarating climb of a measurement tower above the canopy.
