Preschoolers' physical activity can have impact on heart health later in life

A new study out of McMaster University, led by Kinesiology PhD student and Vascular Dynamics Lab (VDL) member Nicole Proudfoot, suggests the physical activity of children as young as three can have an impact on their heart health later in life.
