E-Support: Student Advising

In response to the suspension of in-person student advising, The School of Interdisciplinary Science will offer Drop-in Virtual Advising and E-Advising Appointments. 

Drop-in Virtual  Acadmic Advising  is available Monday to Friday from 1:00pm to 3:00 pm.

First,  you will need to sign-up then, log-in to the Virtual Advising event during the drop-in hours.

The Student Navigators are available to meet with students over the phone or through Microsoft Teams. Navigators are recent graduates who can offer an empathetic listening ear and help you connect with resources specific to your situation. StressLess Drop-in Online

Explore the similarity and differences between stress, anxiety, and fear, identify stressors, explore stress physiology, discuss existing stress management strategies, and introduce progressive muscle relaxation.
